for two months before the show 50p/25f/20c until two weeks before the show. the last two weeks i used ketosis and loaded water. my cals were around 2700.. the huge mistake i made is i didnt diet long enough. I got insanely dry though. I shouldnt have had to use ketosis but i was trying to catch up with my dieting. I was too dry and i looked flat in the morning. it also made me cramp.

you know whos the smartest about it, but i thought i could do better my own way is layne norton.. his prep advice on this site is spot on. i used a lot of what he recommended and what i didnt use i regretted ..

and honestly the drugs those guys use can make up for alot ... the way nattys and users prep for shows is completely different.. no hate on antoine i actually know him very well

an erg is a row machine, a recumbent bike is the seated bike with the pedals in front of you.. nah i work labor though and i feel they get worked really hard just after a long day of work
