So while I waste my life sanding all these damn bent brackets I need, I'm wondering if anyone else actually does this. If anyone has rogue j-cups (or spotters, or anything with a bent part), do they sand smooth the burrs that get created by the bending? Right out of the press brake, these areas are fairly sharp, and stick out. Does rogue smooth them out? It would be more obvious on the thicker steel of the j-cup than the bracket in back.
I think I already know the answer really, you can tell on the photo, but I'm still curious to see if it actually bothers people. It would drive me nuts honestly. Plus the powder coat won't stick to a sharp edge. Same thing as the undercutting you see where the bracket is welded to the j-cup. Creates really sharp points.

I looked at my j-cup, sandwich cup and safety spotter arm and they all have that bulge, but not sharp enough for getting cut. Doesn't bother me as long as the welds are decent, they don't do the cleanest welds but they seem to be enough. I wish other companies would go the extra mile and finish their products the way you do. You add the extra protection on those parts to keep the rack looking new also. I noticed some slag on my monkey bar that should of been removed because it was in a gripping location and had to file it off. It would of dug into my hand if I left it there so they need better qc also. Other than that I've only had some smashed end caps that they replaced. Still happy with my stuff but will be getting more accessories from you instead.

naw dude come to the midwest. we get hot in the summer, but i bet it gets plenty cold enough for you without the ridiculous amount of snow. plus i'm in the middle of the country and land is cheap, so you could have a huge warehouse to setup shop and shipping would be centralized...

Jesus dude, your making me form tear drops.
You need a damn catalog or at least a website.
I've been toying with the idea of welding my own equipment but it will NEVER even touch the quality of the stuff you're making.old broken soldier
