Frank Mcgrath was big a decade ago when he was quite younger. He was featured in the animal ads and animal video. He has a good look to him, and has overcome adversities I highly respect him for that.

strange how AV can train as hard (or maybe harder) and diet as well yet be smaller.
I think its nothing more then a case of one athlete supplementing more then the other.
