Lmao you have the body of a few people in my gym who havent changed in 6 months. Basically like chit. Try eating protein and be over caloric maintenance. This isn't a hard concept. You have all the info in the world on this site. Be smart about it.

First of all, what is your routine?
Train them more often, try 2x's per week
6-9 sets works good for me
Lose the ego, curl with better form/focus on contraction and the negative portion of the rep
Build up the long-head of tricep
