For the record, I have nothing wrong with any style of training. To each their own as long as you aren't obnoxiously taking up space/equipment in a gym.

Haven't watched the whole thing yet, but I thought the misc would love this one... Guy seems like the biggest kant... Obviously trying to show off in a commercial gym.

I hate *******s that do crossfit in commercial gyms. I recently had an encounter with them, they took the bar off the flat bench (on a monday) and started doing a "wod" consisting of snatches, kipping and handstand walking across the gym. It was 5:00 so they gym was packed and they had the audacity to tell people to move. Hope this trend goes out because I know for a fact OLY was not "mainstream" until about 5 years ago when Crossfit started otherwise nobody did those moves in a commercial gym.

Got no problem with crossfit workouts as i do them very often myself. But people like this kid get on my nerves
