I don't agree resting for short intervals is any more effective than a longer interval, the same way as high reps doesn't "make you lose fat more" over lower reps.

He has got to have the lowest BF and best conditioning on misc.
Personally it is too low a BF for me and a bit too veiny etc.
But I admire his insane work he puts into a physique like that.

caffine, sodium, asparagus, tea all have mild diuretic effects that may be helpful, but come show time you want as much water in the muscle as you can.
