Ramy needs to improve 3 muscle groups this offseason after Prague in case he wont do Arnold.

- Back

This a problem area in my opinion. It is not bad, it is one of the top 5 backs now but there are flaws. RLS can use tiny more thickness and then it will be world class. As for BDB, I have concerns. I think BDB looked small but amazing on prejudging at the Olympia. He had christmas tree and detail I have never seen from Ramy. Once he filled out and then AC Europe and Kuwait, the BDB looked good but lacked wow. It is developed everywhere but it doesnt have the depth of Dorian, Phil and Ronnie. This might take another year or two.s

- Calves

Made amazing improvements already. With that said, he can improve these even more.

- Arms

They need fullness after he diets down to be competitive. Ronnie and Phil really used this to their advantage during their reign when they first come out individually. Ramy has great arms in certain poses like side chest and BDB.

- Posing

I want him to hold the poses longer, i wish he posed a bit more like Wolf.




In my eyes, he is already the title contender but they wont give him the title with the way he looks just yet.

At his best, that is also why I felt like a 2013 OlympiA and Arnold and also 2014 AC Europe Wolf had a chance. His structure and look is just imposing and He stood out in the line up. I can obviously say the same for Ramy and Cedric but Cedric doesnt look much better than his 2012 NY pro showing. If he gives up some of his lines, I still believe he can add 10-15 pounds but I am not sure if he will ever go there.

Ramy's only "problem" if it is one is conditioning and detail. Conditioning and detail is not work you put in but rather work you take out, or don't put in. Anyone can spend 365 days/year like phix getting shredded glutes, but then he looks pregnant 2 abs smaller than everyone like Dex. Get this through your stupid New Zealander noggin - There is no part on Ramy that "needs work", every part on his body is 2x bigger than whatever Dex has. Dex is small as phuck, asymmetrical lats, asymmetrical arms, smallest guy on stage, smallest legs/calves on stage, right calf atrophy wore than Wolf, worse calves than Dennis Wolf.......gtfo
