Two names I don't know on that list. Also I was not aware that B-Pak qualified. Will be interesting to see if he had made any improvements, but I really doubt it.

Ramy is OK for 10 weeks now, but he has to go pedal to the medal from now to get as lean as possible. Like we have said a million times...he can stand to lose A LOT of muscle ad still dwarf everyone there. It would make me so happy to have this guy finally put it all together.

Ben won the Vancouver Pro last weekend and yes with no arms & no back whatsoever...flat chest,good condition,great legs,vacuum,and delts.

At his last show,the Prage Pro Ramy was in the best shape of his life,and was 2° ahead of Shawn & Dennis for the first time,so maybe at least he repeat this shape,time will tell.

Those legs have striations like Kai and at the very end had cuts like Platz. Yes, they are not as detailed as Platz but they are huge.
