I can't exactly put my finger on it but, his right arm always seems misplaced/not fully contracted or aligned with his left arm. As well as his hips aren't aligned symmetrically.

Yesterday I was thinking to myself,the Olympia was only 4/5 months ago and Ramy look like he has had another two years lifting since then...amazing.Never in my life I saw a BB who grows so fast after a rest from the juice & heavy lifting.

Yup, he is just a crazy responder to whatever they have him on. Not sure if it is some new gear or what, but whatever it is, he is going to be a beast this NY Pro and at the Olympia....watch out....if he improves the way he is looking to improve, Heath and the rest need to watch out. I just want to see him shredded at the NY Pro.

He is obviously going to come in even bigger and if he improves his conditioning....it will be game over regardless of what others bring.

You could tell last year even though he was massive, his frame could take more muscle.

And what was his competition weight in the mr. olympia? DJ said he wanted him to weigh around 270-280.

is there a limit to how big ramy can get? I feel like it still looks like he could add more with that structure of his. Usually these guys look like theyre overflowing and about to explode in offseason. He stays so lean and every progress pic jsut looks like a bigger version of his former self.
