Yah man, wait it out. Hold an ice cube or a cold spoon on it to help the inflammation and put benzoyl or salicylic acid on it mornings and nights.

you'll be fine. lots of people get depressed over acne but you seem to be in high spirits from your vids

you are probably the acne expert but some tips for people suffering from acne:

- cut out dairy
- only use gentle cleansers
- luke warm or cool water to wash your face
- moisturise
- don't wash your face more than twice a day
- obviously don't pick at your skin...minimise scarring
- use REAL gentle exfoliator 2x/week

This guy definitely knows. Moisturizer is the biggest thing I never did, and apparently the dry skin clogs pores so it's important to moisturize.

also when you get off accutane and if you are left with some scarring, make sure your skin always looks moisturised and wear sunscreen too. dry skin + scarring is a bad looking combo... will make it look like you don't take care of your face

Keep at it, gonna take awile for the old damage to work their way out, overall your skin looks much less oiley to me since week 1, less inflamed...besides the obvious red spots, that predates this

Update, my giant comedone forhead boil is draining a bit each day but is still very present hopefully after this weekend it will have died down a bit

If your nostrils start to get dry as ****, start putting Aquaphor in them at night (srs). Shhhh no ance, only dry skin now.

I never though Id actually be sad to hear a zit is going away on its own.....

plz stay safe at that dose. I was on that, which is the maximum in Canada, and it destroyed my knees. Make sure you take lots of fish oils and pro-biotics.

It dried out my knees and feels like they're filled with sand. I've been off it for over 2 years and it still effects me.

Yup, super dry and still alive! Got some big ol' crater death zits but the little ones are all gone

Good luck with the accutane man, it was a miracle drug for me. I really like your attitude and charisma despite the acne. Back when I had it bad, I became a recluse, I had an anxiety problem and then the acne hit me and I was down and out, wish I had someone like you to look up to during that difficult time. Im sure you'll get rid of it soon enough, make sure to get your monthly blood tests and all that.

Also make sure not to pick or prod at your acne while your on Accutane, your skin will scare easily, and the scars can last a very long time, I had to learn that the hard way. During the first couple of months on accutane your skin will get worse before it gets better, hang in there its just part of the process.
