    Leg warmup

Every leg day i do some things that i learned from playing high school hockey for warm ups. Like high knees, foam roll, superman, some dynamic stretches and then some things i dont know the name of. I also treadmill for 3 to 5 mins.

when i start squats i go from 135 to 185 to 225 to 275 and start my 3x5 or 5x5.

Even by my working sets my legs still arent warmed up.

Would it be necessary to do maybe 3 sets of hack squats before starting squats to get a little more warmed up..

    not necessary at all.

my leg warmup is this when going heavy.
    95x10
    135x8
    225x6
    315x4 x 2

what is this feeling of warmed up youre searching for? it may just be mental.
