I am planning on doing either Liberty just to give it one more shot or the AFPA in KC around the same date. My other and last option is to do the KC Classic in September next year. All this depends upon if I am seeing some gains in my weak areas. In my opinion I am gaining in my chest and arms from what I see in the mirror and by measurements. I know its not fat as I have not gained much fat period.

Oh I don't live in the KC area I live in Topeka. I would travel to KC or Wichititty to compete. I am just trying diff organizations just to try them out. I have also thought about NPC as well even though I know I would be competing against guys who might not be natural like me.

Sprints were all done on treadmill with no motor I call these deadmill sprints The incline was as high as my treadmill would let me go as well.

Felt great this morning. I might have figured out why my left bicep keeps hurting while dead lifting. I might have to switch from staggered hand grip to double overhand grip.
