    Whats my bodyfat? Sorry...

    Whats my body fat? Have done a month of insanity and some healthy eating (low carbs). Think i've lost about a stone. Basically just cut out junk food, pasta, bread, potatoes etc etc.

    Just trying out some rock climbing now too and doing alot of pull up variations and push ups at home, got a little gym set up.

    Really want that cut look, not to fussed on size but i'd like to retain a little bit.

    Mainly looking to get rid of that last bit of fat just under my belly button as it sticks out and is annoying! How long this take?

    As eat-sleep-lift said, you may be lower bf % than you think, but you simply don't have enough mass right now. Lean bulk. I was in a similar situation and I cut to 9-10%ish and then I realized how small I actually was at that point. You'll look much better in the long run. Best of luck!

    daym guess more weights for me it is, ive always been told im quite big as im 6ft1 and weight about 13 stone, so never felt small... but hey, bench press tomorrow for me.
