First picture I weighed 150 the last picture I weighed 205. The last picture was the beginning of this year. Since then I cut some weight and lost bf.

I've switched routines several over the years but I go with cycles of 3x10 and 5x5. I do a basic 5 day split Monday chest and tris, Tuesday back and bis, Wednesday legs, Thursday shoulders traps and forearms Friday Arms day. The last year is where most of my gains came from and I lifted just as hard each year. The main difference was my diet, I didn't worry about my diet the first couple years I just lifted. This year I counted my calories and Marcos and made sure I was getting enough calories each day.
