    how to lower estrogen and increase testosterone ?

    Anybody ever had any success in lowering estrogen and increasing testosterone naturally?
    Through diet manipulation, like adding or removing certain foods?
    and is it okay to take testosterone booster or human growth hormones to increase testosterone ?

    Keys to optimal testosterone production:

    1. Adequate Rest
    2. Sufficient calorie, micronutrient, and macronutrient intake.

    I have never experimented with GH or test boosters, but I would guess that they are severely under dosed like other supplements.

    If your test levels are normal, then a test booster probably won't do much. If you aren't buying organic grassfed meat, then that's good place to start. Conventional meats can indeed raise estrogens levels. Just buying organic when possible will aid in this endeavor as well. pesticides, fungicides, herbicides contain xenoestrogens that mimic estrogen in the body. The body has a difficult time removing them, and thus we can become estrogen dominant without really noticing anything. Removing plastics is another. water bottles and Non-BPA free have xenoestrogens. Lastly, you can supplement with Calcium d-glucarate and DIM..there are some others, but these work very well. Do some research and find what may work for you. Best of luck

    I'm curious why someone your age would ask this. If you feel there's something not right with your hormone production, talk to your doctor.

    To answer your question, the most you can do is to eat to your calorie/macro/micro requirements every day, and get adequate sleep every night.


    There is no OTC substance available that will do what you're asking.

    Use liver tabs. In addition to a ****load of amino acids and vitamins and minerals it also has something that reduces estrogen. Your too young for other options
