How far can I get?

Well this is what I am trying to do basically: I am going to be leaving to go to Montana on May 29th to see my girlfriend graduate High School. Well I want to try and get as cut as possable by that time. I am 6ft and i wiegh 224-225 kinda varies, but starting this coming up monday I am going to be doing a moderate jog/run for 45 mins in the morning and then lefting in the afternoon/evening. My work out program consistes off the 5x5 program doing

Mondays: Chest/Back
Flat Bench/Pull-ups
ncline Bench/Close grip Lat pulls
Cable Flyes/Bent over rows

Tuesday: Shoulder/Biceps/Triceps
Shoulder Press/Barbell Curls/Dips
Cable Flyes shoulder/Alternating Curls/Tricep Pushdown
Reverse Flyes/Concentration Curls/Rope Pushdown

Wensday: Rest

Thursday: Chest/Back
Dumbbell Press /Pull-ups
Incline Flyes/One-Handed Cable Lat Pull
Decline Press/Dead Lifts

Friday: Shoulder/Biceps/triceps
Shoulder Press/Barbell Curls/Dips
Front Raises/Side Alternating curls/Triceps Pushdown
Bench Reverse Flyes/Hammer Curls/Rope Pushdown

As for my diet I try to eat as healthy as i possably can:
Morning: some type of fruit and a protien shake on the way to work
10ish: Tuna and crackers
Lunch: Tuna and crackers or a 6in wheat oven roasted chicken breast sub from sub way.
2ish: Tuna and crackers
Dinner: Either a salad or some type of lean meat or fish.
Before and after going to the gym a Protien shake. And I drink about a gallon to a gallon and a half on water a day.
But as for supplments, that only things i take are multivitamens and whey protien shakes. So as soon as monday comes i am going to add in 45 min moderate cardio in the morning before class and work and then lift in the afternoon/evening. How does this sound? How far do you think I can get?

you look to do being all the right things. Make sure you keep your diet and workout all in order. A 45 minutes jog is a long time, good luck with your cardio.

Most important thing is the calories. How many calories is all that? When trying to cut, I would do bodyweight multiplied by 11-12. I like to use fitday.com to track everything.
