Hey guys, i did LEGs yesterday and when i wokeup today my left quad is like 10x sore-Er than my right quad. Is this normal or should i worry i'm training one side more than the other?
i have the same problem. When i'm doing squats i have to concentrate on feeling both quads working or only my right is soar the next day (i'm a righty). I have the same problem on barbell bicep curls. Its probably just your domanent side taking over.
