chances of that physiqe being acheivable naturally is top 1-5% genetics, in terms of size, not bodyfat an dryness, most people dont get much bigger after their second year of proper training and nutrition, if they do, its cos their nutrition and/or training wasnt very good, warranting them to gain a bit longer.
only slight improvement can be made during the years afterwards. the longer you train, also warrants for how much muscle you will retain when getting down to competitor bf levels. For instance, that 5lbs you gain in your 3rd year of training, will go down the drain when getting to such body fat levels, on your 4th year, youll be slightly bigger at those levels. so unless you find some sort of philosophical/spiritual satisfaction out of doing it naturally (which if you have been seeing average results for 2 years, means that there will usually be some sort of satisfaction in training (not limited to natural training of course), you are better off jumping on dat der after 2 years of natural training, as you will probs have about 10lbs of muscle growth yet before you get to your limit, which will probs take you about 3-4 years to gain, due to diminishing returns. you only really start to look decent (not big per se') once you get to that 2 year mark, naturally.
unless you have that top 5% genetics (muscle building, not insertions or bone structure genes), you probs wont reach aesthetics until the 6th or 7th year mark when you can finally be 7% bodyfat where you can retain enough mass to be classified as aesthetic, unless you have top teir insertions and bone structure, in which will take you 4-5 years.
But you can look good after 2 years on average with average genetic, those top 5% can look good after 1-1/2 years. most of those top 5% wont be on forums though, as they can do the Bro'est split ever doing 20 sets on chest and their entire body grows (exageration, but you know what i mean) as they generally dont take weightlifting as serious as most do here, so they do acheive aesthetics, faster than the average who spend hours learning how to eat, how how to program for optimal results, now some of the 5% do spend hours learning correct nutrition and how to eat, now these guys, due to how serious they take it, end up competing in untested events, as even though they can acheive a higher degree of aesthetics than most, realize to get somewhere in untest events they need to take something to acheive that "next level" aesthetics.
now some "athletes" (if you want to call them that, although they are more beauty pageant contests than anything, look completely different in different pictures due to what they are on, different 'supplements make them more pumped, drier etc. depends on timing of when these supplements are taken.
for instance:
look at him on stage, being dry, and still shredding, vs when bulked. Hes probably done more sets on the first picture, and an hour of training, vs about 5min of pumping up, before stage, his delts and back look completely blown up on stage (yes hes flaring lats, but when flaring lats, your shoulders look the slightest bit smaller usually)
Jeff is king of physique manipulation in terms of looking so different in such short periods of time, through "supplements, angles and posing
jeff is top 5% for sure.

Genetics or not, the dude is on steroids.
Even if you had the best genetics, you wouldn't be able to reach his size naturally.
Especially when he lost body fat and gained lean muscles at the same time LOLOLOLOL and he's like "Genetics brah".
No... No genetics can make you lose bf and gain lean muscles at the same time, especially not in his size.
Epic fail Jeff.

Care to prove?
All those dudes performing on stage are on roids.
None of 'em is natural.
You guys buy their stories they sell you.
Of course they would deny it and tell you they don't.
Asking someone if he's on roids is like asking a hacker in-game if he's hacking... OBVIOUSLY he will say no.
They don't want to ruin their reputation.
Steve Cook is on roids too.

Well if you ask me it sounds like you would just rather tell yourself that everybody on stage is on roids because you don't have the dedication to ever achieve that physique lol. Trust me once you start dedicating you life to body building to the point that nothing else matters you will start seeing results and these "unnatural" physiques in your eyes, will become very natural.

words of truth
most wannabe bodybuilders haven't yet realized how it's hard, unnatural even, for the body to be big and shredded at the same time
that's because the majority of them are big but fat always claiming how easy it will be for them to lose all the fat, be shredded and mantain their size
Jeff Seid ripped weight is already beyond what any "kinda proven" natural bodybuilder in the last 100 years have achieved.
Ripped and 190 lbs and 5'11 is already HUGE by any definition of the word, considering the best most gifted and with 10 years competition experience truly natty bodybuilders are usually 178 max ripped at that height.
As they say: natural, big, lean ... choose two
Yes as a natty leaness can give the illusion of size so you don't have to look like a tootpick of course but real size as in X lbs of weight is a different story.
A natty who wants to be lean must accept to weigh very little on stage.Last edited by DorianJ; 12-06-2013 at 06:06 AM.

So you're telling me, if I go twice a day to the gym, morning mass workout, evening cardio-based workout, and I eat 3k calories a day, clean bulking. I won't gain muscles?
Yes I will gain muscles, you know why? Cause I dedicated my life to it, there's nothing called "LIMITS" in my dictionary. Just cause people couldn't doesn't mean you can't. Go beyond limits, that's where the growth is!
-

Yes, there's a limit.
Not specifically you, ur not that big to reach your limits.
Pretty decent, u still got time to grow.
But one day you'll reach your limit and you won't grow anymore even on 100k cals a day.
Will gain only fat.
Body will be like "GTFO, not growing muscles anymore, mad?".
It's pretty known and obvious the body has a limit to how much you can grow muscles lol.

They get paid to look good. If you want to be natural then be natural. But it's the fitness industry. People will take stuff to further their career. Don't like it stfu and leave.
Seid has great insertions which helps him look bigger. A physique of the same caliber is achievable natty the dryness is something that isn't maintainable. If Jeff was wider I belive it wouldn't be.26.5" waist of peace.

seid looks nice (nohomo) but he isnt massive. imo you could look like him naturally but it would depend on your genetics and it would be basically your natty peak, he's not that big but imo he's not natty. why would he be natty if he isnt in tested shows? dude looks good year round and his competitors arent all natty so why would he be?
