my daily diet on training days is

after this meal at 4.30pm a pre workout drink like myo blitz or hemavol. then train at 5pm till 6.15pm.
after 15 mins 2 scoops whey iso 100+ 50 gms dextrose in water
1 hr later 100 gms rice or white potatoes+ chicken breasts 120 gms (no fat in this meal)
then after 2.5 hrs 100 gms chicken thighs or beef in oil+ 100 gmswhite rice+ 1 efa.
after 1 hrs a whey with 1 banana (thats 2 hrs before sleep)

Please provide us with your TDEE, your macro-nutrient breakdown and total number of calories.
- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

Based on your avatar, you don't have enough fat to be able to accomplish both. Pick one goal or the other, then target your nutrition to that one goal.
Carb back loading might provide some small benefit to someone who's already at single-digit body fat levels and seeking to get even leaner, but for a guy who's admittedly not closely tracking his intake, it's a total waste of effort. No brain, no gain.

^^^^ This.
And also:
You're attempting to apply a tactic (micro-managing your insulin levels) that is relatively insignificant in results for the average joe, while ignoring a tactic (weighing/measuring/tracking your food portions) that will make significant difference in your physique.
It's the nutritional equivalent of a 130-pound noob worrying about how to increase his Wrist Curl poundage when he can only Squat an empty bar.
Get your priorities in line.No brain, no gain.
