    Last few days on my bottle and i couldn't have been more happy with my results. I noticed i am more vascular then i was before, my endurance has gone up and my muscle definition has increased. I will be logging a new bottle of prewrek very soon! Stay tuned swole nation!

    took prewrek last night after work and i thought i would be awake all night.

    I was tired taking it, but once i got to the gym i was focused and energized.


    afterwards i didn't feel jittery or not able to sleep.

    still passed out normal time.

    Todays an off day, but ill just talk about my strength gains through this cycle. I am a little more vascular," but my diet consistency" hasn't changed at all. and i have yet to cut up, so I'm excited to see what happens when i do start cutting and take PreWrek, my endurance has deff increased, i do cardio at the end way easier now and my workout endurance has increased, i can do a entire another set , now just a few more reps, on more then half my exercises, i used to hit 3-4 sets, now everything is 4 sets, and i can go to the 5 set without any pre exhaustion. I never had 1 crash on prewrek and regardless if i took it at 8am, or 10 pm i felt great afterwards. No jitters, or light headed feeling that i may have encountered in the past with other products. Over all i am rating Prewrek a 9/10 on my prewokrouts and am deff excited to do it again! i have a few more scoops in my container, Tonight is chest and bi day, stay tuned for tomorrow morning Log, going for a few extra calories today. trying to increase my strength on my lift today! Lets Get Swole!

    Glad you think so highly of Prewrek. Nothing will lift weights and do work for you, but that stuff sure does help imo.

    One of the reasons I like is the non-jittery feeling and the fact it doesn't disturb sleep as much. Solid log as well.

    This is my last month on my bulk, then i will start cutting and stack my Prewrek and Turbo shred.

    Im looking to get down to 6-7% body fat this year,

    i was 8% last year, but that was me just doing a fat burner, with minimal cardio, looking to step my stair master game up to 7 min to warm up, and 20-30 min after i lift to burn up all the extra stored fat.

    I'm currently at 11-12% now, as I'm eating a lot as i please and i am 13 lbs heavier then last summer.
