So one serving is a rounded scoop ( 31 g ) as printed on label.
I tried to weigh one scoop on my digital scale and it read only 21 grams!
Double checked my scale with other items for accuracy and it's like 99% accurate, just goes off by 1 g sometimes.
Should I stick with the scoop or the actual 31 grams?

Powder varies does it say heaping scoop or packed scoop ?

If the serving says 31g, than you need 31g of powder for it to equal a full serving. So I'm guessing 1 1/2 scoops is a full serving in this case.
