I am trying to lose weight and gain muscle simultaneously. I take some basic supplements like fish oil, protein, and animal pak. I want to up my game a bit and really lose some weight. I want to do an animal stack but the ones I have found aren't really geared for someone trying to mainly lose weight but not lose any muscle either. What do you guys use who have the same goals that I do? Also if you have any tips in general it is always appreciated. I always do cardio 4 times a week and weight train 4 days as well. I need to work on my diet.

Few legal supplements are going to help you lose weight. You can take caffeine pills and green tea extract for a temporary boost to your metabolism. This effect usually lasts about 2 weeks but it can help give you some quick fat loss, maybe an additional couple pounds on top of what you would have already lost from dieting and exercise.
To limit muscle loss when trying to lose weight you need to keep your protein uptake up. Typically it's recommended to take 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass. (Example, if you weigh 200lbs and have a 30% body fat you need to take at least 140 grams of protein to maintain.) It is incredibly difficult to build muscle while burning fat, it can be done and it is easier if you are new to strength training, you will still make noob gains.
Good luck and avoid most supplements out there that claim to build muscle. It's all blended bull****. Stick to a multi-vitamin, fish oil, creatine and whey protein.
