Iv been cutting for the past eight weeks and have curently hit a Plato for the past 3 weeks iv uped my work outs from 3 days a week to 3 days of strength training and 2 days of (hitt). Iv cut my eating in half twice. If I cut my eating again I might as well not eat anything. Should I just start bulking again
