    How long should I cut

    Iv been cutting for the past eight weeks and have curently hit a Plato for the past 3 weeks iv uped my work outs from 3 days a week to 3 days of strength training and 2 days of (hitt). Iv cut my eating in half twice. If I cut my eating again I might as well not eat anything. Should I just start bulking again

    Sounds to me like you have no idea on how to cut and you wasted 8 weeks. Yes bulk for a good half a year or more.

    From what you have said, it sounds like your metabolism has crashed. I would up the calories to maintenance for a week or two then start adding in more calories if you chose to bulk

    Have a refeed week and eat a **** tone, Pretty much start over with your cals, lower them slower though, And add a refeed day every week, Your metabolisms all ****ed up.
