According to a IIFYM calculator I should be getting 433g Carbs, 215 Protein. 68g fat, 45-51g fiber and 3200 calories for a lean bulk.
What are the effects if I'm getting more carbs and fats then suggested even if sticking at 3200ish calories ?

So you are saying that you are not getting ~215g of protein and making up those calories with fats and carbs?
Also you have to understand that a calculator like that is just a tool used for the general population to get a starting point. It is not going to be perfect for you, you will more than likely have to adjust macros over time in order to best fit your needs and goalsGreat Deals on PROTEIN/SUPPS - PM me

Absolutely nothing. More carbs, more carbs. More fats, more fats.
You won't gain fat from eating extra fat and carbs, so there's nothing bad about it. It's the calories that makes you fat.Body measurements as of August 2018 (no pump)

I wish I could be more specific, but that is just something you are going to have to keep track of over the next couple weeks to see how your body responds. If you start putting on too much fat then you can back off a little bit but if everything is going smoothly then roll with it until it comes time to adjust.

If you're protein amount doesn't change and you increase carbs and fats, your calories will increase too. The result is a better bulk.
Also, once you calculate the proteins/fats you need, the rest of your calories can come from protein/fats/carbs and not just carbs. Carbs are just preferred.Fates colliding. Love Undying.
I rep all 5'5 and shorter on sight.

Lol if anyone was to just ask this question they'd get either trolled or would be called stupid, or even not get a reply. But when someone puts out there that they will rep---which is almost nonexistent in your case---everyone comes storming in to answer a stupid question.
That's what IIFYM is. What's the confusion?
