Hello, I am in 9th grade, and I have lunch at 11:30 and i need a cold easy to make/pack school lunch in preparation for a workout from 3:00-5:30 following something like p90x or insanity, or maybe yoga in the morning. A breakfast would be eggs/bacon, and dinner would be meat and a veggie. Try to keep it paleo

why paleo? At 9th grade I ate everything in sight, then went somewhere else and found other things to eat. Your stats don't look like you're overweight and you seem to be active - enjoy being young! Have some pizza or something!
If you *have* to be paleo, how about some sliced roast beef w/cheese (don't get me started on cheese not being paleo, it's just milk protein and fats and is at least as paleo as butter) + baked sweet potato (these are delicious cold) + roasted asparagus with lemon and olive oil (also totally edible cold).
But that's just a suggestion of what I'd like to eat if I was trying to be paleo for some reason. Eat what you like.Last edited by Vercingetorix83; 12-03-2013 at 06:03 PM.

Paelo is restrictive and not needed an will cause more micro deficiencies than any health benefits
