strength increase supp

former thread "test advice" or something deleted for some reason don't know why. well I guess what I'm looking for is a supplement that'll give me a little bit of a pump so that I can gain muscle and equal out my left side (weak side) with my strong side.

There is no such thing as a supplement that will "equal out" parts of your body from one side to the other.

Everyone is going to have muscle imbalances, some more so than others. Without knowing the extent of your's there's no direction one can give you. I'm right hand dominant and that side will always be my stronger side, no way you can change that at all.

5'11 and 165lbs you just need to gain more LBM and get on a strength based routine if strength is your goal.

well I got a brain injury so it's more of a neurological thing

If your chasing some noticeable strength gains I would reccomend creatine if your not already on it. Creacore is my reccomended product of choice because it works very quick (1-2 weeks) and is great value for a creatine HCL.

This is just going to take time to fix. Get yourself a solid lifting program and stick with it - the rest should take care of itself.

update I tried 1.m.r the sample that came with my protein and it did not help at all and I seem to remember the same problem with jack3d the original formula way back when

Title says you're looking for strength increase supp. Then you talk about pumps. Strength has nothing to do with pumps. Dafuq you're looking for? No OTC supplement will increase dramatically your strength. Creatine and caffeine will help a bit. The key: good diet, good workout plan and time...
