Hey guys, I'm on my second day of cutting and last night I did a bicep and back routine. However, this time I actually logged it, something I shouldve done months ago.
Current stats 5'3 22yo 163lbs
Bicep/back. Duration: 1 hour (because the gym was closing)
I excluded deadlift and barbell rows because im still relatively new to those exercises, and have been practicing my form before I actually do them with weights.
