Hi there! I've decided to start a permanent log of my own to track my progress. I've been inspired by a lot of you on here and especially in the female bb section, so thank you. Do let me know if you have a log; I'd love to follow you too! A little bit about myself.
Age: 21
Weight: 145, measured yesterday
Nutrition: Because I'm in college and eating college food, I find it near impossible to track macros reliably without dedicating an hour per day to computing and carrying around a food scale. But I estimate that I am maintaining or bulking slightly on approximately 2500 cals with ~140 g protein, ~90g fat, and the rest carbs. I know this because I've been the same weight for a couple of months.
Supplements: Creatine and 3-5g fish oil per day.
Training experience: Not very much. I started regularly lifting about 6 months ago and really loved it. I've currently just started a version of starting strength and am dropping the weight down to rework my form on all my lifts.
Goals: Right now, I'm mainly interested in strength and getting my form and my numbers up. I also enjoy running and would like to continue running occasionally.

Things to improve on - getting my elbows down on the squat, lots of stuff on bench, including tightening up shoulder blades, and pulling more from my back on chins and less from biceps and shoulders. Also getting that dead hang eventually.

Sorry, forgot to rotate my phone. My friend was holding it today.
Here's the work for today. I know I was suppose to only do 1x5 of deads but I kept trying it again to see if I could fix some things that I thought were wrong...probably not a good idea as I failed at pull ups at the end. Disregard my giggling and my dropping of the f-bomb...sorry.

The latest video- you look good Mei!
Deads look great, just try to not lift with your butt first. Should be one fluid motion. (easy for me to say, but I struggle with it too)
Front squats: damn you stay pretty upright! Good job!
Chins: maybe try neutral grip (palms facing eachother)- they're a bit easier. But I agree, continue with the lat pulldowns and you'll get it. I commend your persistence, you're doing great!___________________________________________________________
