Wicked pullups! Do you know how few people I see able to do those? Out of curiosity, were you ever unable to do one/needed to scale, or were you just strong enough from all the other lifting to do them straight off?
(oh but I thought you should know, I did one the other day--apparently swimming increases lat strength, who knew? I was like YES and then... here you are doing 13 of them. Inspiration yo).

Thanks, Sam! Congrats on your pullup that's very exciting! The first one is the hardest to nail down. Then it gets easier to be able to do 2, 3, 4...
I definitely had a time when I didn't know how to lift and couldn't do a pull up. I just did more pull ups to be able to do more, and the PL definitely helped!

I tried so hard to get that 65kg clean and jerk but the jerk was really difficult to pull together. I kept on getting super lightheaded at the top of my cleans too, right before the jerk.
