Sorry to have to say this, but you're not 9% bf. Now, to answer your question, you should definitely continue bulking. Why? You'd have to cut to unhealthy low body weight to have the bf % you want. By then, people wouldn't know you lift. Just my opinion, but I'm sure you've made progress, so keep it up.

I am sorry to break your bubble, but there is no way you went from 6% BF, or that you are even 9%BF. For that to happen or be real, I would have to at least see your abs, very well. Nonetheless I think you are at about 15%BF. Now, you have a lot of work ahead. There is no reason for you to "CUT" because you can easily have the misconception to LOOSE WEIGHT and in turn you will loose muscle. Therefore, focus on having a routine/plan that is HIGH IN PROTEIN, that is CLOSE to your daily calories burned. LIFT HEAVY, CHANGE IT UP EVERY 4 WEEKS, TAKE SUPPLEMENTS AND REST. You will reach a great physique in about 3 months. Then after that, you are "able" to cut, by lowering calories (from carbs and fats) and adding more cardio 4-5 times a week.

I agree with you that he is about 14-16% BF. And also about calories, however, I do think that gym days are relevant. You can not think that if you work out one day for 10 hours, you are done for the week. because, really to obtain a great physique you need about 4-6 hours a week, however, you need to rest as well, and also, by doing workouts several times a week, you are increasing the number of calories burned for the following days.
