235lbs-->166lbs-->192lbs

basically last year was 235lbs after eating junk food and not lifting for like a year, cut down to 166, and now ive bulked up to 192 and want to finish my bulk at like 205-210.

i know my physique isn't great lol, my front looks like sh.it but oh well hopefully next time i cut down really lean and i''ll look decent, and yh ill shave dat body hair sh.it when i end my cut lol

haha yeah deffo man, right now bulking up to maybe 205 then gna cut down to 170 hopefully be lean as fuk man

great job man for only a one year change. can definitely see the big change. looking much more lean then you were at the beginning. my personal opinion though would be to keep bulking, just make sure its a clean bulk. your frame can definitely hold the extra mass. i would start to cut back down around march to get shredded for summer. that's what i would do if i were in your position. good luck man with your future goals.

wasit went from 43 to 33 now its like 34-35 i think, i really wanna bulk to 205 and achieve all my strength goals, then cut down to maybe 165-170lbs or whatever it takes to get ripped lol. Plan to start cut March 1st, going on holiday August 1st want to look the best i ever have.
