Hello guys.
Im a 16 years old boy from Denmark. I haven't really anything to say besides that i want to be lean. I have tried in the whole ****ing 2013 but I always end up cheating and it destroy my ****ing cut!!!!
I know that i should bulk. But I want a lean base that I can bulk from. And it is not just about bodyfat - it's about my own self-respect. I have to complete this cut before 2013 ends.
I weigh 68 kg and my height is 183. No abs, no veins, no cheekbones. My bodyfat is 13 and i want to make it to 10. From there I will bulk. I know I will get skinny-abs but girls at my age don't seem to care.
I want to look like Fransisco Lachwoski and Marlon teixeria.
Do you believe that it is possible to reduce your bodyfat with 3-5% in 4-5 weeks at my weight? I really have to do this before 2013 ends. Please no comment about bulking, I will do it after but I have to do this man. I have already cut almost the whole year but I always destroy my progress - this time is serious man. Please motive me.
