Same as all the others. You start with buying BTC from coinbase.com or localbitcoins.com. From there you send the bitcoins to Cryptsy and trade them for QRK.

You can buy bitcoins in fractions. For example i bought .3 BTC from coinbase for $300.

If you trade all $300 into QRK and QRK multiplies by 100x then you profit $300,000. Keep in mind bitcoin went up 1000x so it could happen.
