    Question Ideal weight for 5'6 ectomorph

    I am at around 130 right now… I have never been serious about lifting or nutrition until recently… I am "dirty bulking" and am hitting the gym 3 days a week…What weight should i get to before i start my cut?

    just some background info…I have always played sports so i am was always lanky as **** but always had a little belly fat.

    Im not really worried about having a six-pack right now but I'm trying to get some size on my arms and chest and I'm eating 4 decent sized meals a day… I'm definatly at a surplus but i want to know how log i should expect it to take to gain 30 pounds

    I am the same height as you an im bulking just now, im at 167lbs got another week of bulking left then going to cut down to 155-160lbs and see how I look.
