What are Proven Routines for Semi Beginners?

So I've been lifting for a year mainly compounds like squat and bench with auxiliary exercises. I didn't follow a real routine as I was lifting for football so I pretty much did what my coach asked me to.

I'm pretty bulky and not lean. I have a good base I like to think except my back is lacking a little.

Anyways what would be a good routine for me? I'm not exactly a beginner but I don't think I've lifted enough to be intermediate.

I can workout 5 days a week on weekdays (school weightroom) so anything that utilizes my time to the max would be appreciated.

ICF 5x5 is a great routine for experienced beginners, and is probably similar to what you're doing now. It's only three days a week, though.
