Hey all, I just completed the 8 Week Military Challenge on here, and wanted to throw up my final comparison picture, there are more on my page. While I still have a lot of work to do, I am very pleased with where I am so far. Here is a link to my final After Action Report that explained the contest, and what I did over the 8 weeks. Thanks for all the support everyone!

I'm not sure the body fat before or even now honestly. My beginning weigh in was 207 pounds, and I ended up at 185 pounds. I followed the Get Swole Program that is shown on the website almost to a T. I did completely cut out alcohol ( minus one beer in week 3) and eating pizza which I was pretty much doing every other day. I followed the diet that was layed out in the plan, adding in fish and chicken here and there.
Keep on keepin on!

Fantastic job!
8 weeks may not seem like a long time but if you are disciplined and dedicated you can make good improvements in that amount of time. Well done mate!-Niko Trpeski

great progress! so jealous about cut, one can cut like crazy in a short time if you work out right and eat right. but for the gaining, you are largely limited to muscle growth rate, which is very slow and takes so long time. 10 lbs muscle a year is already considered good progress, but losing 10 lbs fat can be done in a month. so unfair, lol.
