Rich people do this all the time. Pump money into a stock, people see it rising quickly and throw all their money at it. Rich person sells stocks and forces value down, everyone jumps. You send your coins to an exchange and then sell them for fiat. Once the trade is complete you withdraw the fiat into your bank account. Some exchanges now have debit cards that you can withdraw into.
