No need to eat 6x a day, how often you eat is a personal preference. Focus on calories, don't make it so complicated. If you do get hungry, start tracking protein, notice how much you eat and eat more of it while staying within the same calories.

Ditch the plan. At 145 you should get a minimum of 120g protein daily and around 70g fat. Fill the rest with whatever you want. No need to eat 6 meals, as said above, do what makes you the least hungry (I assume you're trying to lose weight). Strength training is also something I would recommend. You will gain a considerable amount of strength/muscle in the beginning, and it will provide you with a way to burn calories and exercise that isn't cardio.
