Hello everybody, please could somebody explain portion sizes i"m from the UK I"'ve just started really trying to eat clean.
But everything's measured in cups?
I currently weigh 145lbs have a lots of body fat 25% it hurts to say lol. According to a plan I need to eat 1656 kcal consume 168g protein 168g carbs and 38g fat my question is please could someone write me a meal plan of the best nutritional food to eat with 6 meals a day? With this ratio of carbs fat protein? Pretty please with cherry on top. X

Ditch the plan. At 145 you should get a minimum of 120g protein daily and around 70g fat. Fill the rest with whatever you want. No need to eat 6 meals, as said above, do what makes you the least hungry (I assume you're trying to lose weight). Strength training is also something I would recommend. You will gain a considerable amount of strength/muscle in the beginning, and it will provide you with a way to burn calories and exercise that isn't cardio.
Bench: 230. Squat:375. Deadlift:375. OHP:175 (Not Max). Pullup: +65. @165. 1/28/15
