Hello all, i've been a member for a long time now...I recently decided to get back in shape considering I put on alot of weight in the past years, junk food and being inactive were the cause of my fat gain.
I started my "diet" in february, during the week days I eat tuna, greek yogourt, vegetables and a ham sandwich with whole wheat bread. That is 4 times a week and for dinner I mostly eat chicken breast/steak with brown rice...On the weekend tho, I have one big cheat meal which is 95% of the time, a meat fondue with potatoe+cheese and 2 bottles of wine (were 3). When i go out with friends I dont stop myself from drinking beer, just not as much as i used to....
I workout 5 days a week and my program is something like :
Chest/Biceps
Day Off
Triceps/Back
Legs
Day Off
Shoulders and Traps
repeat
With about 15-20 mins of cardio on two of those days. I didn't do any cardio until June.
As you can tell from the pictures there was some progress, and i'm damn proud about it ! I get alot of compliments from my entourage now and from strangers !! It just feels great !!!
I still have fat to loose (chest and mostly lower stomach area) but I'm gonna give everything i've got in the next few weeks to hit 185 and see from there ! I will have to cut on that big cheat meal because it seems I hit a plateau...
Those after pics...well i had a few cheat meals this weekend so yeaaaa ;p

Sick progress !
If you dont mind me asking, do you have loose skin around the stomach ? I can pull/grasp mine but i know there's plenty of fat left, it just doesn't look good when sitting down...I hope the next 10-20 lbs will do it ! And those damn stretch marks to be gone...altho they already did fade a bit....

Small update since my last post ! I've been around 195 lbs during winter...I'm very happy with my results so far !!! In the first week of I went to Cuba and since then, I've been "dirty" bulking lol...
It was good for my mental and it gave me a break..although I kept working out at least 3x a week, I did put a little bit of fat back on (202) BUT I started eating clean again and working even harder to prepare for Mud Hero and Tough Mudder this summer !!!

Heya ! Thanks for the compliment ! Honestly...I think you can't spot an area of fat you want to loose...what did it for me is : healthy food (I don't count anything and I drink on weekends), I workout 5x every 8 days and time ! On my chest/bicep day, I do Barbell bench press, incline machine press and cable cross/flyes
