protein scoop
whole milk
oats
banana
peanut butter
coconut oil
flaxseed oil
heavy whipping cream
skys the limit as was said earlier. And for phase8 and fruits added on i'll ratio my liquids 1/1 water/milk and crushed ice to help blend this all together because it tends to be on the sweet side. optionally you can add a carb powder like waxy maize or maltodextrin which is one of the ingredients for most weight gainers, some great coconut oil tubs and waxy maize deals around this time too, I'd stock on them for a while.Gabber Crew since 2005

I wouldnt advise using raw eggs.
I would suggest using a couple scoops protein powder, whole milk, peanut butter, oats etc.
Honestly even though you are considering a premade gainer, and can afford it my personal recommendation would still be to make your own out of whichever protein powder you're using. It is cheaper, but moreso it allows you to completely customize it to your tastes and macros. If you need more fats one day you can just throw in some extra pb, if its protein you need, you can just throw in an extra scoop of protein etc.Official MuscleTech Representative

I would skip the raw eggs...2scoops of protein, 1cup oats(raw: you can grind this in a coffee machine) natty pb, banana, milk. With phase8 its quite thick as its a blend I enjoy 7oz water/milk per every scoop of phase8 great stuff! Stick with making your own.

I myself have used homemade almond butter a few times. I like it, definitely a different taste. I find almond butter to be sweeter. It really depends on the protein for which I would prefer... In vanilla and white chocolate I prefer almond butter, in pbc and chocolate I prefer peanut butter.

What she said.
Peanut butter and Almond butter need to be experimented with. Almond butter has a stronger taste and can be used to provide a more intense flavor to milder flavored proteins like Vanilla, Strawberry and White chocolate. Peanut butter on the other hand goes well with Chocolate and PB flavored proteins.
TJ's Almond butter is dayumm good!

Homemade Weight Gainer Shake
Premium Ice Cream (Flavor of choice)
Whole Milk (I enjoy using chocolate)
Peanut Butter or Nutella (or both) [replace this with fresh fruit/yogurt of choice if using vanilla flavored protein]
Protein Powder (Flavor of choice)
Adjust ingredient amounts based on desired macronutrient profile of shake and thickness preference.
