Quick question. I've been reading up allot on forskolin and I'm just wondering of it actually works and if so what your results have been with it and also how you dose it. Opinion and directions on dosage and form seem to differ depending where your looking. Thanks for any help.

There shouldn't be difference in dosing as you'll want to use the 95% extract and use 100mg a day. You can split it up almost however you like. As for if it works, it's one of the few things that's legally sold that will positively effect body composition. It has the clinical results to back it. If you've been reading up a lot on it then I'm sure you've checked out pubmed and read over the studies.

I recommend picking up 1 bottle of Alpha-T2 for each 2 bottles of AS F-95. Makes a very potent yet not very expensive (for a stack) fat loss stack. I ran it for 2 months, enjoyed it tremendously. Will run it again after the winter.

Where does the beta agonism come from? If its the Higenamine then its likely not to do anything due to its 22min half life...
