Like Powercage said, it will all depend on your diet.
As far as Creatine products go, there are a ton out there! Normally I get plain old unlfavored Creatine Monohydrate, but since I have had the opportunity to be a TSN rep I have really been liking the profile of Creavar:

I'd recommend Creatine 2XC by Nutrabolics or Micronized Creatine also by Nutrabolics.

A good bulk Micronized Creatine would do you just fine. 5g a day, everyday. No need to load.
