    Shredz alpha male stack

    Hello some of you might have read my story before. I was weighing 303 lbs dropped to 290 lbs with keeping up with my Marcos and a strict diet last 60 days and going to the gym 6 days a week. But I came across this supplement stack and was wondering if anyone has used it? If not, can someone recommend the right product for me. I am trying to lose the minor belly fat I have cause most of my other fat went to muscle by working out. I am taking the amp ripped vitapak from gnc which probably helped a little but I am not trying to get skinny. I am trying to build my body like Dwayne Johnson (seriously). I am standing at 6'4 and I would look ridiculous if I was skinny. Is there any supplements out there that can help burn fat but at the same time help me get massive gains on my legs and upper body

    Creatine, 4l water a day. Eat clean! Lift 8-12 range with 6sets

    Yeah my routine is the best. Day 1 legs day 2 chest day 3 back day 4 shoulders day 5 Biceps triceps day 6 cardio. I do abs and cardio every day I work out so I have a good work out routine. I stay in the gym for like 1.5 to 2 hrs a day. It's great progress alright, I just wanted supplements to take my workouts to the extreme. I want to get big/fit by 2015, looking into law enforcement.

    Think about incorporating compound lifts as opposed to focusing on single body part workouts.
