So I have started seeing a recurring issue in my training, I am tired, my muscles wont work, but the next day I dont feel sore at all, anywhere. I try to add more weight, or change and go to more reps but my muscles fail... I'm not sure what to do, does anyone else have this issue?

I often don't get sore after my workouts. It's actually not good to be sore after every workout, as it shows your body is not recovering properly. So don't worry about making yourself sore. If you're challenging yourself and lifting heavier over time, you will get results.

Those are all great questions!! I'm not sure on my diet how many calories I'm eating, I am following my nutritionists meal plan. It's pretty intense, I probably need to look at the macro break down but from looking on the site and seeing the meal plans, mine follows pretty closely to the suggested plans. My carb intake is much lower though due to my PCOS. I started lifting in June after being told I have 2 herniated discs and wasn't allowed to do Brazilian jiu jitsu any more. ( The 4 months before I had been doing crossfit) So I have been lifting lightly for about 3 months, the last two months I have added weight, switched around reps (heavy weeks, moderate weeks, heavy rep weeks). I actually have started working out with a personal trainer as well who is trying to change my workouts some.
I have been training 6 days a week (usually saturday is my off day, with only a 3 mile jog/run)
Current workout schedule is
Glutes, lower back, hammies
Chest/ Tris
Calves/ Shoulders
Back/ Bi's
I alternate weighted and un weighted abs daily.

I used to be really really sore after every workout when I first started and now I'm less sore, but still pushing myself. When I go significantly heavier in a lift I notice it the next day but it's probably just my body getting better at recovery/getting used to the idea of training rather than it being a shock.

If you're not sore the next day, does that mean your previous workout was a failure?
