2 years training
university student
my goal is have a good physiques like a fitness man not a bodybuilder
i'm ex obese (80kg) , now i'm on bulking from august
august 64kg

i have start using monohydrate creatina from 3 week
i think i have add a lot of fat... what i can do ? continue bulk and lower kcal ?
with this kcal i'm gaining about 0.5kg every 2 week
2400kcal on day x 4
2100kcal off day x 3
how to proced? a person tell me to do a light ipocaloric diet with cardio?

what do you mean continue bulking and lower your calories lol if your surplus is between 200 to 500 calories than you are in the right way. put a size that you would like to have and than burn the fat or if your not happy with your bodyfat you can cut. at the end do whatever you want to do to reach your goal.

You don't need to get fat just to bulk, check a training program on bodybuilding.com', for example - Get big, Stay Lean.
