    bad bulk?

    hello
    22 years old
    67kg x 1.70 (5'6'' 148lbs)
    2 years training
    university student
    my goal is have a good physiques like a fitness man not a bodybuilder
    i'm ex obese (80kg) , now i'm on bulking from august

    august 64kg

    i have start using monohydrate creatina from 3 week

    i think i have add a lot of fat... what i can do ? continue bulk and lower kcal ?
    with this kcal i'm gaining about 0.5kg every 2 week
    2400kcal on day x 4
    2100kcal off day x 3
    how to proced? a person tell me to do a light ipocaloric diet with cardio?

    what do you mean continue bulking and lower your calories lol if your surplus is between 200 to 500 calories than you are in the right way. put a size that you would like to have and than burn the fat or if your not happy with your bodyfat you can cut. at the end do whatever you want to do to reach your goal.

    yeah my idea it's to bulk until march / april then cut .
    my goal for now it's to add some muscle and have a maximium 10%-12% bodyfat for the summer
    for now dosen't matter about bf but i think i will add too many bf in these mounth so... lower kcal for minimize fat gain ... it's not a good idea?

    No, 0.5kg every 2 weeks is fine, spot on, and dont eat less on days your recover, you need the calories.

    dont worry about it its fine. fouces on one goal than think about another, try to add the mass you want and than burn the extra bf.

    You could switch to a low-carb (not low-calorie) diet on your off days which will preserve muscle mass and help ward off "bloating" from water retention.

    Agree it's insignificant. But as I said it *could* help water retention which OP seems to be concerned with.
