    Jay Cutler

    Is the Jay Cutler program good? I have been weightlifting for a year now and want to know if this is a good program, I do every muscle group 2 times a week and since this program only does every muscle once a week now I'm confused.

    Additional information: I train with Monster sets and English is not my first language.

    Routine from pro bodybuilders are usually unsuitable because:
    a) If they really are their routines, they are extremely advanced and using a raft of drugs
    b) If not, they probably are just designed to help sell their supplement line

    Take steriods And it will work ok for u if u natural then pick a program that will work for u push pull legs off push pull legs or upper lower off upper lower or try a 5x5 routine
