Jason Blaha only cares about powerlifting, he's not a bodybuilder. If anything, the guys from Arnies era spent most of their time on full body routines with compound movements. Yeah they added accessory moves too but it was based on compound movements.Originally Posted by tech99

No way. Arnold was king of that there isolation work. Yeah he did full body too, especially as he did powerlifting competitions when he was a teen, but still, by his time they were into massive workouts.Originally Posted by tmartin89
