He's right to an extent. Most people train as often as possible and for as long as possible, even though it's detrimental to strength and size gains. It's almost as if the purpose of the gym is a sanctuary from depression rather than a place to stimulate growth. 3 times a week is already pushing it, once or twice is ideal if intensity is high enough. I train about 30-40mins per week.
disclaimer: blaha is still a fat retard

Of course. Everything is a form of escapism. The only time you're not escaping is when you're sitting there without any distractions and thinking about life.
I took a year off from work to have a good time and ended up with too much free time and doing too much thinking and actually starting to become unhappy.
From the beer you drink to the game you play, to the gym to the films you're watching, everything is escapism. That's why it's good to stop every now and again, look up at the night sky, and actually think about why you're here and your purpose in life.
And lsd too.

i don't want watch most of his videos so you might be correct but he definitely says some good stuff. However it's often controversial and not exactly what most people want to hear so he gets lots of dislikes. I find some of his videos quite true tbh.
This OP's posted video is perfect example - most ppl hate what he is saying but i he is speaking truth
