Regarding people criticizing the guy... You guys know very little about him and are already judging him solely based on his current physique. You know a minimum about his past just as I do. For all we know, he probably could've blown most of your lifts out of the water before his alleged bed ridden episode. Just stop with the preemptive hate.
Now that I take a better look, I've actually seen one of his older videos and from what I recall what he spoke actually had some sense to it. Seems just like any other YouTube fitness guy around.

miscers are honestly getting so disrespectful and immature its ridiculous
we should be a fukn legion of lifting motha fokers where we praise each others personal achievements, not put everyone down for trying to better themselves
there is a very small amount of people that actual lift in the world let alone are dedicated and motivated to stick with it
yet we all put each other down all the time, its pathetic

Might not be too apparent in the vid the way it is shot but this guy is big. Also he's not posing nor is he in 10/10 godly downlighting of peace. He's not -5% bodyfat like all other miscers because he's interested in powerlifting now. He's still coming back from BEING IN BED 24/7 due to illness. Pic from his bodybuilding days . He's knowledgeable as fuk and an inspiration. **** you if you hate on this guy.

TRT in your 30's is pretty normal and should hardly be considered using steroids, don't sound so ignorant. BTW the title literally says "still not aesthetic" in it. He's probably still a bit self conscious and threw it up for his subscribers anyway seeing how he used to look 10x better than that before his problem if you look to earlier in the thread.
So yeah, he can expect to be called out on it but that doesn't mean doing so is anything but d*ckish. I noticed your AVI and you look like a 5'6 manlet who kinda works out and thinks abs make a physique. Don't blame me though man, you're the one who posted the AVI.
That's some backwards logic just to be an a**hole to someone.

good for you dude. Doesn't mean you should talk **** about him since he was in a similar situation. You were injured and couldn't lift for a while and did serious damage. This guy lost all of his gains and suffered problems as bad as yours if not worse and is now back to lifting. He's not on huge doses, and has only been lifting for like a year or so since he had health problems. He's pretty ****ing strong too after all that.
Don't see why you or anyone needs to talk ****. Like that guy saying hes 148 lbs and could lift the same as Jason. Good for that guy too but I doubt you lost all your gains from health problems and are back lifting for a year.
The guy clearly has knowledge on nutrition and lifting. So blkbelt stop being a hater dude srs. Just be happy for the guy, same for everyone else in the thread. Everyone always has to be negative on here wtf...

Gives OK advice. But is delusional as fudge.... Kept saying that he would get 20 inch arms and a 405 bench press easily... I have some bad news for you.
